The controllers of your personal data are Software Architects staff.

As part of its operation and the security of our system and users, Software Architects may collect and process the following categories of data about your device:

This data is collected to ensure the proper functioning of the application and more particularly the management of notifications and bugs.

As part of its operation and the security of our system and users, Software Architects shares this data with third parties in order to improve technical performance and to target advertisements and communications.

4. WHY WE PROCESS YOUR DATA

Here is the list of processing activities/purposes:

• Knowledge of your areas of interest to better adapt the information we give you

• Performance of our application

• Bug fixes

In accordance with applicable law, We process this data on the basis of:

5. DATA RETENTION DURATION

The data from your terminal are kept for a period in accordance with the legal and regulatory provisions in force and only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.

In principle, the data retention period will not exceed three (3) months, this period may, in fact, vary according to the processing and the purposes of the processing.

As such, the retention period of your data will be three (3) months at the end of:

Furthermore, if the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by uninstalling the app.

7. CHILDREN

Our services are not intended for children, you must be old enough to consent to our policy. You must therefore be at least 16 years old in France and 18 years old in Cameroon.

Software Architects undertakes to provide its best efforts, taking all appropriate measures, to preserve the confidentiality and security of your data.

The Software Architects staff, who by virtue of their position have access to the data, undertake to maintain the utmost confidentiality in this regard.
